Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Mayventa, Business Boost, Marketing Academy and related websites, dashboards, assessments, products, downloads, AI outputs and services. Mayventa, ABN 56 135 403 159, Smithfield, Queensland, Australia. Contact: mail@mayventa.com.au.

1. Purpose

The Services are intended to support lawful, practical and responsible business marketing, visibility improvement and education.

You must not use the Services in a way that harms us, other users, third parties, public systems, external platforms or the integrity of the Services.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use the Services to:

  • break the law
  • mislead, deceive, harass, threaten or harm others
  • create unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing material
  • impersonate another person or business
  • upload malware, scripts or harmful code
  • interfere with the platform, servers, security or access controls
  • attempt to bypass paid access, rate limits or account restrictions
  • scrape, crawl or copy the platform without permission
  • reverse engineer, clone or compete with the Services using our content or outputs
  • resell, redistribute or publish paid materials without permission
  • submit information you do not have the right to use
  • use the Services to spam people or send unsolicited commercial messages
  • generate or publish false claims, fake reviews or misleading testimonials
  • misuse third-party data or personal information

3. AI output responsibility

You must review AI-generated outputs before using them. You must not publish outputs that are false, misleading, unlawful, infringing or inappropriate for your business or audience.

4. Security

You must not attempt to access another user’s account, data, assessment, dashboard, subscription or paid content.

You must not test, scan or attack the platform’s security without written permission.

5. Account sharing

Accounts are intended for the registered user or authorised business team members, depending on the product purchased. You must not share login details publicly or allow unauthorised access.

6. External audits and URLs

If you submit a website or social profile URL for audit, you confirm that you have a legitimate business reason to do so. You must not submit URLs for unlawful, abusive, invasive or harmful purposes.

7. Enforcement

If we believe you have breached this policy, we may suspend or terminate access, remove content, restrict features, investigate activity, or take other reasonable action.

Serious misuse may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
