1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
If you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy required by law.
2. Digital products and instant access
Many of our products are digital and may be delivered instantly after purchase. This may include:
- 30-Day Growth Blueprint
- Growth Hub access
- AI-generated reports and recommendations
- training materials
- templates
- downloads
- dashboard access
- audit outputs
Because these products can be accessed or generated immediately, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind once the product has been delivered or accessed, unless required by law.
3. Change of mind
We generally do not provide refunds if you:
- change your mind
- decide you no longer need the product
- do not use the product after purchase
- expected a different result that was not promised
- purchased the wrong product by mistake
- forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal
We may consider requests case by case, but approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.
4. One-off purchases
The 30-Day Growth Blueprint is a one-off digital purchase. Once unlocked or delivered, it is generally not refundable for change of mind unless required by law.
If there is a technical issue that prevents access, contact us so we can try to fix the issue.
5. Subscriptions
Growth Hub subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not usually create a refund for unused time in the current billing period unless required by law.
6. Technical issues
If you cannot access a purchased product because of a technical issue caused by our system, contact us at mail@mayventa.com.au.
We may ask for details such as:
- account email
- product purchased
- date of purchase
- screenshot or description of the issue
- browser/device information
We will try to restore access or resolve the issue.
7. AI-generated outputs
AI-generated outputs are based on the information provided and available data at the time. We do not provide refunds simply because you disagree with an AI-generated recommendation, unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee or another legal obligation applies.
8. External platform limitations
Some features rely on third-party platforms or public data. We do not guarantee that every website, social profile, Google listing or external platform can be fully checked.
If an external platform blocks access or provides limited information, that does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
9. Duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the payment records and refund any confirmed duplicate charge where appropriate.
10. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email mail@mayventa.com.au.
Include:
- your name
- account email
- product purchased
- purchase date
- reason for the request
- relevant screenshots or details
11. Processing time
If a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
