Subscription and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions offered through Mayventa and Business Boost, including Growth Hub monthly and annual subscriptions. Mayventa, ABN 56 135 403 159, Smithfield, Queensland, Australia. Contact: mail@mayventa.com.au.

1. Current subscription products

Current Business Boost subscription options are:

  • Growth Hub Monthly: A$59/month
  • Growth Hub Annual: A$649/year

Prices may change in the future. If pricing changes affect an existing subscription, we will handle the change in accordance with the payment platform settings and applicable law.

2. What Growth Hub includes

Growth Hub may include:

  • everything included in the 30-Day Growth Blueprint
  • fresh monthly Growth Blueprint
  • fresh monthly email marketing recommendations
  • fresh monthly personalised AI prompts
  • fresh monthly lead generation ideas
  • website audit
  • Google Business Profile audit
  • public social profile snapshots where available
  • score history and trend charts
  • automatic monthly audit refresh
  • manual audit refreshes subject to plan limits
  • AI-written next steps

Feature availability may depend on account status, data provided, external platform availability and technical limitations.

3. Automatic renewal

Growth Hub subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions renew annually.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription renewal through the customer portal or account billing area where available.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not usually remove access immediately.

5. Access after cancellation

If you cancel a Growth Hub subscription, access generally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

For example:

  • if you cancel a monthly subscription after payment, access generally continues until the end of that monthly billing period
  • if you cancel an annual subscription after payment, access generally continues until the end of that annual billing period

6. No automatic partial refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a partial or pro-rata refund for unused time, unless required by law or approved by us in writing.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge. Access may be paused, restricted or cancelled if payment is not successfully completed.

8. Changing plans

If plan changes are offered, changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on payment platform settings.

Any upgrade, downgrade or plan change should be reviewed carefully before confirming.

9. Monthly refresh features

Growth Hub monthly content refreshes are designed to provide fresh recommendations each month where technically available.

Fresh monthly content may include:

  • Growth Blueprint
  • email marketing recommendations
  • personalised AI prompts
  • lead generation ideas

Monthly refreshes depend on active subscription status, available data, audit completion and technical availability.

10. External platform limitations

Some Growth Hub features depend on third-party platforms or public data sources. If a website, social profile, Google listing or external tool blocks access or returns limited data, the related recommendation or audit may be incomplete.
