You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, unless that activity was caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

4. Eligibility and authority

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to use the Services and make purchases on behalf of that business.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements. Digital products, instant-access products and AI-generated reports may not be refundable for change of mind once delivered, unless required by law.

9. AI-generated and automated outputs

Some Services use AI or automated tools to generate recommendations, prompts, plans, audits or summaries. These outputs are based on the information available at the time and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your business before acting on them.

Further details are set out in the AI and Marketing Advice Disclaimer.

10. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee that using the Services will result in increased traffic, leads, sales, revenue, rankings, reviews, engagement or business growth.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, competition, execution, budget, website, reputation and customer demand.

11. Your content and information

You may provide business information, website URLs, social profile URLs, goals, challenges and other details to use the Services.

You confirm that you have the right to provide that information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You remain responsible for your own business information, brand assets, offers, compliance obligations and customer communications.

12. Website, social and external audits

Where available, the Services may check public information from websites, Google Business Profile, public social profiles or third-party tools. Some platforms block access, limit data or show incomplete public information.

Audit outputs are indicative only and may not represent the full performance, reach, engagement, analytics or technical setup of your business.

13. Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, email, analytics, hosting, AI, audit, security, website or marketing tools.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, errors, policies, pricing, content, data handling or results, except where required by law.

If we suggest a third-party provider, the suggestion is optional. You should decide whether the provider is suitable for your business.

14. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services. This includes attempting to bypass access controls, copy paid content without permission, interfere with security, scrape the platform, upload harmful material, reverse engineer the system or use outputs for unlawful, misleading or harmful activities.
