2. Transactional and service emails
Transactional or service emails are emails needed to operate the Services. These may include:

- important security or legal notices
These emails are not general marketing emails and may be sent where needed to provide the Services.

We will only send marketing emails where we have consent or are otherwise permitted by law.

Consent to receive marketing emails is separate from accepting Terms and Conditions unless clearly stated.
5. Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
We will process unsubscribe requests as required by law.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop transactional or service emails needed to provide your account, purchase or subscription.
6. Email provider
We may use an email provider such as Kit to manage email lists, tags, segments, sequences and unsubscribes.
Your email address and related fields may be shared with the provider for this purpose.
7. Updating preferences
Where available, you may update your email preferences through an email preference centre or by contacting us.
